Source files and reference images for Lucy Chapar's OSSM harness.
The motor control harness connects a six-position TB1 terminal block to a four-position J12 connector and separate GND and 24V ferrules.
The design source is hardware/cables/OSSM-Motor-Control-Harness.yml. It specifies
four 24 AWG signal wires and two 18 AWG power wires, each 250 mm long. Connector
orientation, pin numbering, colors, sleeving, contacts, and cable ties are
defined in the source.
The reference images are in hardware/cables/images/, including an installed
harness photo. Run bash scripts/render-cables.sh to generate the diagram, PDF,
and detailed cable BOM under cable-export/.
This preserved harness is the starting point for the new hardware design. Its compatibility with a future PCB must be checked against that PCB's pinout.
